A fully automated and high-capacity solution that can produce up to 500 terminals per h. Human intervention is reduced to regularly feeding lead ingots into the melting pot and performing random quality checks and other routine work.

Designed with the operators’ needs in mind, it includes many time-saving features, including a timer for automatically heating the molds at pre-set hours, and a mold lifting mechanism for faster, easier changeover.

Built according to the most demanding safety and environmental protection standards, the machine is fully enclosed and can be connected to the factory’s exhaustion system to avoid unnecessary and potentially dangerous exposure to lead vapor.
